I would think it is illegal to take home an orphaned bear. But maybe in this case it worked out for the best.

I would think it is illegal to take home an orphaned bear. But maybe in this case it worked out for the best. I'm confused about this. The bear is dangerous and wild. I don't understand why he would be allowed to have one.
