How cool to have a neighbourhood cat come and mooch. It is cute how the little girl and Waffles have such a lovely bond. I do wish people wouldn't let cats roam. I don't care if they have a collar, are microchipped or not.

I don't care if they have a collar, are microchipped or not. It's sweet, the bond between Coco and Waffles, but I think that no pet should be allowed to roam. |

They treated the cat very nicely. My sister had two cats, that were hit by cars and killed because they roamed. Very busy street! At different time periods.

Things like that do happen all to much. So sorry about her cats. Hopefully people will learn to keep their pets in or when they go walking ,on a leash |
