Morty has a fascination with the fish and good thing she doesn't let the dog keep barking. If I were there neighbour that would be annoying.

Morty has a fascination with the fish and good thing she doesn't let the dog keep barking. If I were there neighbour that would be annoying. I guess she keeps Morty from barking so much, but he's just talking to his fish.
